Obama's money advantage went against Clinton's negativity and in the end basically nothing changed. She came out with the same lead she had coming in.
Obama is still ahead in popular vote, still ahead in delegates, and its almost impossible for Hillary to catch up. So its only math combined with a hoped-for respect for the people's voice that tell us he is the presumptive nominee. Keep in mind, it is in the media's interest to keep this horse race going. Would anyone have stayed glued to their favorite news outlet last night or pay any attention to the remining state races if the nominee was already decided?
