Jeffrey Immelt’s new boss throws crumbs to the liberal progressive sparrows
So President Obama's speech made liberals hold their heads up high again and forget how worried we were that he had succumbed to the Howard Beale-Tea Party Express.
But, Obama really showed up that Paul Ryan, didn’t he?
I bet by reelection time, we will be out Iraq and Afghanistan and Pakistan and Libya and Yemen.
I bet Bradley Manning will be running for Congress.
I bet we will have turned Obama-Care into a public option.
I bet Wall Street Bankster criminal prosecutions will begin with ‘under oath’ depositions and everything.
I bet Social Security and Medicare and Medicaid are here to stay.
I bet Hilary Clinton and Joe Biden will switch jobs for 2012.
For me, actions speak louder than words and President Obama has a long walk back to the left side of American politics before I believe anything that comes out his mouth, again.
Hope? sure I have hope. But let's wait a week.
Well said! Since action has been 180 degrees away from this President's words so consistently, I want to see the change I can believe in. I don't anticipate voting for him.
