Ciavarella often ordered youths he had found delinquent to be immediately shackled, handcuffed and taken away without giving them a chance to say goodbye to their families."
Some stories just seem like symbols for America in the 21st century. Sadly this is one of them. Money corrupting the Judaical system that destroys the powerless... us.
